Invoicing for corporate car rental in Tunisia has to fit your finance process, not the other way round. VIPCAR issues one consolidated monthly invoice covering every rental of the period, broken down by cost centre or legal entity on request. Your purchase order references appear on each invoice, and settlement is by bank transfer in TND, EUR, USD, GBP or SAR depending on your billing entity.

On-site delivery in Tunis, Gabès, Djerba and across Tunisia
Our three offices, Lac 2 in Tunis, Gabès, and Djerba-Zarzis airport, deliver vehicles straight to where your teams work: head offices and branches across Greater Tunis, industrial sites and projects in the Gabès region, hotels and residences on Djerba. Delivery and collection are free at Tunis-Carthage, Djerba-Zarzis and Enfidha-Hammamet airports, which makes welcoming a colleague flying in from abroad straightforward.
For other cities and recurring regional deliveries, points, times and conditions are agreed in the framework contract rather than case by case. Every handover is checked with our agent, photos included, so returns and deposits hold no surprises for your accounts department.
Airport logistics for staff and guests

When an executive, a delegation or a guest should not be driving, corporate car rental extends to an executive chauffeur: Mercedes E-Class for one to three passengers, V-Class for a team with luggage, and a professional French- and English-speaking driver used to corporate and diplomatic protocol. The service covers meeting days in Tunis, multi-city roadshows to Sousse, Sfax or Djerba, and events where several vehicles must arrive in sequence.
Each programme is priced on a written quote, with no public price list, because the price depends on dates, times and routes; a fuel and driver-accommodation supplement applies outside Greater Tunis and Djerba and is stated in the quote.
