1. Driver requirements

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's licence for a minimum of one year.

2. Payment and deposit

• A valid credit card is required for all rentals.
• A security deposit is held on your card and refunded upon the car's return in good condition.

3. Insurance coverage

All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased for an extra fee.

4. Rental period

Rentals are charged on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may incur extra charges.

5. Vehicle use

• The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities or driven outside Tunisia without prior approval.
• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Maintenance and damages

• Renters are responsible for minor damages and tyre punctures.
• Routine maintenance is covered by us.

7. Cancellation

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
