Deposit amounts
- 10% for standard vehicles.
- 20% for luxury vehicles (Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, etc.).
When is the deposit required?
- For all reservations made more than 7 days in advance.
- For last-minute reservations (0-7 days), the deposit is optional or subject to availability.

Balance payment
The balance is paid when the customer receives the vehicle, by:
- Cash (TND or EUR)
- Credit / debit card
- Payment link
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before vehicle pickup.
- The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation.
- If VIPCAR cannot provide the vehicle for exceptional reasons, the deposit is fully refunded.
