What are the requirements to rent a car in Tunisia?+
Be at least 21 years old, hold a driving licence for a minimum of one year, and present your passport or ID plus a bank card, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
How much is the security deposit?+
It depends on the vehicle and is shown transparently on each car page and at booking. The deposit is held on your card and released once the car is returned in good condition.
Is insurance included, and what does it cover?+
All rentals include basic insurance; additional coverage can be purchased for an extra fee. Renters remain responsible for minor damage and tyre punctures, per our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer unlimited mileage?+
Yes — unlimited mileage is available as an add-on when you book. Planning a long itinerary across the country? Tell us your route and we'll include the best formula in your quote.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or to the airport?+
Yes — delivery and collection at your hotel or at the Tunis-Carthage, Djerba-Zarzis and Enfidha airports, across our hubs in Tunis, Gabès and Djerba, and almost anywhere in Tunisia on request.
Do you offer weekly, monthly or long-term rates?+
Yes — most cars have discounted weekly and monthly rates shown on their page, and long-term corporate contracts are available with formal invoicing.
Can I take the rental car outside Tunisia?+
No — vehicles may not be driven outside Tunisia without prior approval, per our Terms & Conditions. Inside the country you are free to explore, including the south.
How are rental days counted?+
Rentals are billed on a 24-hour basis from pick-up time; late returns may incur extra charges. Some vehicles have a minimum rental duration, shown on the car page.
