A driving licence held for at least one year, your passport or ID, and a bank card. An International Driving Permit is recommended if your licence is not in the Latin alphabet.

To confirm a booking made more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of 10% (standard cars) or 20% (luxury cars) is required; for last-minute bookings (0–7 days) it is optional or subject to availability. Separately, a refundable security deposit is held on your card during the rental and released when the car is returned in good condition — the exact amount is shown on each car page when you book.

The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for a minimum of one year, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

The reservation deposit can be paid by bank card, bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut. The balance is paid when you receive the vehicle: in cash (TND or EUR), by card, or via a secure payment link.

Yes. Cancellation and modification are free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Within 24 hours, fees apply as per our Cancellation Policy and the reservation deposit is not refunded. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes, we cover the whole country. Transfer prices are fixed within Greater Tunis; beyond it — and for chauffeur trips outside Greater Tunis or Djerba — a fuel and driver-accommodation supplement may apply depending on the destination. We always confirm the final price before you commit.

Yes: Tunis-Carthage (TUN), Djerba-Zarzis (DJE) and Enfidha-Hammamet (NBE). For transfers, your driver tracks your flight and waits in arrivals with a name sign — just add your flight number when booking.

Every rental includes basic insurance; additional coverage can be purchased for an extra fee. The renter remains responsible for minor damage and tyre punctures, as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
