Outside Greater Tunis and Djerba, a supplement for fuel and the driver's accommodation may apply depending on the destination; it is always stated in the quote, never added afterwards.

Two details make the quote sharper. Give real start and end times rather than 'morning to evening', because the driver's day is planned around them. And say whether the car should stay with you during long stops, a three-hour lunch or an afternoon at the spa, or whether it can come back at an agreed time; both are possible, and only the first counts as waiting time.
